The Punjab Public Service Commission invites Online Application Forms from eligible candidates for recruitment to Two Hundred & Fifty Six Posts of Medical Officers (General) in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Punjab.
The number of vacancies, reservation and the breakup is as follows:-
PAY SCALE : Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400 Grade Pay + NPA+ Allowances.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:-
(i) M.B.B.S. (ii) Registered with the Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India; (iii) Knowledge of Punjabi Language of Matriculation Standard or its equivalent: Candidate who do not possess this qualification shall have to acquire this qualification within six months of their joining the service failing which their services shall be terminated. (Relaxable for Sikh Migrants to the extent that they will have to acquire such qualification within two years after joining the service failing which their services shall liable to be terminated)
Last date of Filling Online Application Form . 10/02/2014 Last date of depositing the Application fees by system generated Fee Challan Form. 13/02/2014 Last Date of Submitting the Hard Copy of the duly filled Application Form alongwith copy of self attested certificates and Challan Form (PPSC copy only). 21/02/2014
